Let’s not lose sight of what Eve Online is – a massive, evolving game where time spent engaged is measured in years. For some, the streak of continuous play time exceeds a decade, while others, not so much. This episode is for those – like me – that take frequent sabbaticals from New Eden and often feel lost when we attempt a triumphant return. The User Interface changes, ship fittings that once worked are suddenly broken, and the meta game shifts are unrecognizable. Even further, the people in a familiar corporation have moved on, and those POCOs that were a reliable source of passive income are suddenly taxation hell.
